We are a local and independent property management company based in Porto, founded and run by Ana and João — a dynamic and hands-on team who personally oversee every detail of the operation. All of our vacation rentals are fully licensed by the Portuguese Tourism Office, and we are proud members of ALEP (Associação do Alojamento Local em Portugal). We exclusively manage all properties in our portfolio, carefully selecting each one based on unique qualities like stunning views, central locations, and thoughtful design. Unlike larger, impersonal companies, we believe in growing sustainably and maintaining high standards. Our goal isn’t to become the biggest — it’s to be the best at what we do. To ensure quality and reliability, we have an internal team handling cleaning, small maintenance tasks, and laundry services. This allows us to respond quickly and efficiently, without depending on third parties. We are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences — whether it's a business trip, romantic escape, or a family holiday. At the same time, we are committed to caring for the homes we manage as if they were our own.
